There's something to be said for a modular approach to publishing... I think this will particularly apply to SQ, for which brevity will be a selling point. With the modern PDF market you can always release supplemental materials at negligible cost. So I'd focus on what absolutely needs to be in there, and then try to get them out there so you can get on with your life! Sounds like good stuff overall, and you’ve got some great allies there.
